Heavy truck crash cleared after blocking lanes on I-45 SB at Greens Road, TranStar shows

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A heavy truck crash has been cleared after it caused delays for some drivers along the North Freeway on Wednesday morning.

Houston TranStar reported the single-vehicle incident and hazmat spill on I-45 North Freeway southbound before Greens Road. At about 6 a.m., the accident had been cleared.

At one point, TranStar cameras showed heavy backups along the freeway.

The cause of the crash is unknown, and authorities have not said if there were any injuries.
